Kashfi is an urban designer focused on responsive places that support communities.

Her experience includes a canal regeneration and public open-space project in Bangladesh, and the Scott Point Structure Plan and Plan Variation in Auckland.

Before relocating to New Zealand, she worked as an architect in Bangladesh on residential developments, hotels and commercial projects.

She holds a Master of Urban Design with Merit from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Architecture from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
